Review content:
Took my car to their Johnstown store for repair. After telling the service manager what I needed looked at and done, they took the car in called me back told me what was wrong with it I told them to replace the needed parts.Had to take the car back to them a few more times to replace covers that they didn't put back on the car. after getting the car home and inspecting their work. I found that I was charged for parts that were not installed,engine compartment filthy,fender and bumper cover all scratched and covered with grease. Called them back up showed them what I had found they agreed to fix it at no additional charge and they did. They also apologized and offered me free oil changes. After further inspection after I got the car back It is my opinion that some of the parts that they replaced weren't bad but possibly damaged by their mechanic during repair, like partially broken pipe on my heater core that they told me that it was clogged, heater core was fine. If they ripped me off how many more people have they done this to? I would not have them work on my bicycle or buy any thing form them. Further more I don't recommend them.
