ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I MEAN TERRIBLE!!!! I WOULDN'T REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO THESE CLOWNS!!! 1ST OFF THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS OPEN AT 7AM....YEA RIGHT!!!! I DROPPED OFF 10 ITEMS BEFORE THANKSGIVING, I TOLD THEM I NEEDED THEM BACK THE SAME DAY...NO PROB HE SAYS ""YOUR SHIRTS WILL BE BACK BY 5PM""....WELL I DIDN'T EVEN GO BACK THE SAME DAY DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE...I WENT THE NEXT DAY.....GUESS WHAT? THE LADY TELLS ME MY SHIRTS ARE NOT READY AND THEY ARE STILL AT THE BROWN DEER LOCATION....WHAT!!!? IS WHAT I'M THINKING, SHE TELLS ME THEY COULD HAVE THEM BY 5PM....WHAT GOOD IS THAT GOING TO DO ME NOW AND I'M LEAVING ON VACATION......NEVER AGAIN!!!! I WILL PAY EXTRA TO HAVE MY CLEANING DONE EFFICIENTLY......AND WHAT OTHER CLEANERS ASKS YOU TO PAY FIRST? USUALLY YOU PAY WHEN YOU PICK UP......ANOTHER TACTIC TO SCREW THE CONSUMER......PAY FIRST AND THEY WILL HAVE YOUR ITEMS READY WHEN THEY WANT!! NEVER AGAIN!!
