Often we only seem to take the time to complain about a business when we feel they have not done a good job in taking care of us. So I would like to point out a few GOOD things about Christian's office at State Farm; I have been a client of Christian's for about a year now. I can't say how happy I am with their service!! Not only have they given me the best rates between about five quotes, (I switched from Allstate, which I had been with for years, State Farm saved me about $100 a month!!!) Their customer service is not to be beaten! Every time I have contact the office whether it be via phone or email Rachael has been great!!! We are looking to buy a home and I was asking for quotes to see where we stand, not only was I given a quote but I feel Rachael went out of her way to go above and beyond the quote. She looked up the house and told me there have not been any claims on the house in the past five years. I was not aware that you could do that so I was pleased to find that out. I have referred a few people to get a quote from their office, and I will continue to refer everyone I know who is looking for new insurance to give them a call. Each person I have referred has stated how friendly and helpful they have been. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.
