I consulted with William Meyer to fix my washing machine. He came out and I noticed several things wrong. First, before he started he asked for a chair to sit on. I gave him a chair and continued doing things around my house. He then asked could I help him do various things with the machine. I felt since I was interrupted so much I should have been given a discount. He finally finished 2 hrs later. My machine worked for 3 months and I had an issue with the same part that he fixed. I called him and told him what was going on and he said ""Oh no I'm not coming back over there, that was some work"". Pardon me if I am wrong but clearly that is what you are in the business to do, help others do what they can't. I will use someone else and make sure they stand behind their workmanship. This was horrible customer service and shows that he is here for a check and nothing else. Take my advice and DO NOT USE WILLIAM MEYER.....AWFUL
