Review content:
What a great buying experience we recently had dealing with Randall Burg Yacht & Ship. I was actually a little surprised since I had emailed and left messages for sales people from some other brokers regarding specific vessels and nobody ever got back to me. With the gentleman we worked with at RBYS it was the exact opposite. I called the Marina Del Rey office and John was the one to take my call. I asked about a boat that was listed on their website and he made arrangements to show it to me within 2 hours. That boat wasn't exactly what I was looking for but John had a pretty good idea what would suit me based on the brief interactions we had up until that point. He took me straight from the first boat to the second and it was exactly what we wanted. I knew my wife would want to see the boat and give her stamp of approval. Since she couldn't get away from work early the following day and I was out of town, John made arrangements to meet her in the evening at their office and took her to see it. She also loved it. The following day we made an offer and a week later we were the proud owners of our first power boat.
