Review content:
I should mention that this was our 2nd mediocre dining experience at Stone Creek BEFORE I was served 4 Jumbo Sea Scallops... three white and one ORANGE, SLIMY, and FISHY...covered in a creamy sauce. When I quietly showed the server the difference, between two scallops I had half-eaten, he immediately saw the problem and took away the spoiled scallop. At this point, I would expect the server, cook, or manager to be concerned not only that they served a spoiled AND undercooked shellfish, but I also that I had eaten a bite of it, bathed in a tangy and tasty sauce. Instead, the cook refired it to a rubbery consistency and the server returned it to me, in all its tainted ORANGE glory, explaining, ""he says some of them are just like that, he doesn't know why."" Maybe because SOME of your scallops have gone bad? Oh well, I'm a full grown man, I'm sure one bite of food poisoning won't kill me. Thanks for recognizing your dangerous mistake and handling it in a classy manner!
