Toi is great. She cooks to your liking. if you are a frequent flyer she goes out of her way to cook what you like. She buys all fresh produce and cooks it right then. It is a small resteraunt with a small amount of space. but the food is worth the wait. bring your favorite beverage and friends and you do not notice the time...or call and order take out. AWESOME FOOD!!!
Pros: great food
Cons: small groups are best. not super romantic...depending on who you are with.
