These people first off were the rudest I have ever dealt with in my life. Let me tell u, I dropped off my mower and asked for a call before they repaired it. So I wouldnt be ripped off like the previous year when they never called me for an estimate. Well, low and behold no phone call just a outrageous repair bill and to kick it all off the mower still didnt work. These guys are knuckle heads. I warn you to stay far away and dont trust a word they say. Last year it was my weed eater!! They charged over 100 dollars and it still didnt work. I saw the same thing happen to a man outside the store holding his weed eater with a huge bill in his hands. I told him what happened to me. He immediatly marched back into the store to argue. I went to Ebert street repair and they fixed it for free and he warned that Dwaynes has no idea how to fix weed eaters let alone any lawn mower engine. Since I have been thru the ringer and it was so easy for him to fix it was on the house. So people stay away from Dwaynes. This is my warning and friendly advice. I was ripped off twice like a bonehead. I didnt learn my lesson but for sure this time since they didnt honor my request for an estimate of repair bill prior to trying to fix it. Should have known with a name like Dwaynes that they coulnt repair anything. Again dont trust!! Very Rude!!!! High repair bills and still not working!!!
