I have worked for jason since sept 8 2010,i am 53 years old and have worked for alot of companys and have found him to be above all.he is considerate to all his employees and treats all fair.when times are hard and work is scarce in todays economy construction jobs are few but avatar has keept each of his employees busyand goes way beyond expectaions to make sure there is work for us all to be able to survive and surport our familys.he goes beyond all to do all jobs with the most honest and fair prices.one can ask no more from a employer and freind.
