These guy's shine above any other service on here. I called several of these services and they were very rude when i mentioned I needed a truck to hold 2 of my children and myself. A few told me my dog would have to stay in the car. I called Planet towing and they said they would send out a truck to accommodate me and my children and to rest assure I had nothing more to worry about. They would take care of everything from here on out. They did exactly what they said. The driver showed up and help us ALL in the truck and placed my family out of harms way. He then placed my car on the top of his truck and then asked me where i would like to have the car towed to. I explained i was new to Des Plaines and had not dealt with any services in the area her then told me their family has a repair shop in Glenview where i could get my car repaired at if i want to go there he would bring me to their shop. I agreed since this whole thing was getting much easier to deal with the help of someone who deals with this situation every day. The driver placed a childrens cartoon in a dvd player in the truck to keep my children calm and even had a dog treat for my dog. Outstanding Service gave my family and me. Their repair shop was great aswell
