Well, I had two really great aides from this agency. Was it luck? Not sure, really. They are located in a good location in Raleigh and seek out nursing students who have been great aides for us. However, management is a different story. They are struggling to maintain office hours in Raleigh right now due to office personnel changes, again. Maintaining office staff seems to be chronic so it is a bit difficult in this way. I have had some problems with billing issues. I understand that the owner is aware of these issues and is trying to work on them. But if you have a person in need of care, I would recommend a lot of questions. Following a straightforward schedule and protocol is a struggle for this company.
