I have had both of my schnauzers eyes examined by Dr. Morgan. My adopted male shnauzers eyes are just fine, had them checked because he is getting older. My adopted female schnauzer is blinded in one eye from abuse and was examined years ago at UT, no care needed then except over the counter eye drops. Those quit working - eye gets dry & irritated & lots of discharge - so Dr. Morgan was recommended by my vet. She is very kind & gentle & does a great job examining the dogs (as some of it is a bit unpleasant, but not terrible) - especially with my less than cooperative male! Dr. Morgan prescribed a prescription medicine & an over the counter ointment. The medicine can be expensive, but Dr. Morgan suggests a pharmacy out of state as this prescription has to be ""concocted"" & is much less costly. My dog is doing just fine & has been re-examined by Dr. Morgan to be sure. Highly recommend her for eye care.
