These guys are a bunch of clowns!! I was told to try my credit union for my mortgage, as people said I would get a better rate and better service. Wrong. They had a higher rates than the professional banks, but I started the loan process as I figured at least I would get better and quick service. How wrong again!! After giving me a ""good faith"" estimate, I told my other lenders that I would no longer need them. Then within 24 hours the knuckleheads at PSCU told me they needed to double my down payment, and still wanted to charge me the same interest rate. I told them I would never deal with a bait and switch company like them, and to get lost. The dummies at the firm still kept processing my loan. Called my sellers real estate?s agent without my permission and told them that the price I was getting on my house at was soooo good that they would not need to do an internal inspection, this while I was still in negotiations. They probably cost me a couple thousand dollars, I don't think they did it on purpose, I just think they are that stupid. Pros: They Maybe able to read Cons: Everything else
