My bridesmaid put her order in months in advance and was never even informed that it had arrived. After numerous phone calls, it turned out that they had ordered the wrong color. She went through weeks of unreturned phone calls, and promise after promise that they would get her order to her in time. The employees would not take responsibility for any of their mistakes, putting all the blame on the manufacturer or the shipping companies. Her order did NOT arrive in time, and my bridesmaid was told she would get a full refund. She returned her purchase...and two months later has still never received her refund. Now it seems that the phone has been disconnected and no one at the store can be reached. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism, incompetence, or dishonesty from a store before.
