Review content:
The building is a piece of crap, the manager is a(rymes with witch), and it takes about a couple of months if you need anything fixed in your place. They have a spa, but it can't be used. The walls and floors are so thin that if you walk normally across the hardwood floor you'll get complaints about the ""excessive noise"". Xenon are awful mean and don't care who rents there as long as they get there money. We had a sex offender living in this buliding and they didn't bother to check. They suck. The neighborhood is great, but this management co. and the manager are a********!
