As a college student, the number one thing I look for in picking out a salon is reasonable prices. As a girl, I look for high quality services with the best prices. At eleMENts by Beaute?, they have achieved this, with services such as haircuts, waxes, and nail care that are all available at prices within my college sized budget. The eclectic feel of eleMENts has local art and funky world music, which makes for a unique experience in a small town like Chico. They also have a boutique which is full of organic beauty and pampering products, such as makeup, lotions, soaps, hair care, candles, bath creamers, and so on. Another plus that eleMENts by Beaute? has that I would not have even thought of, is that they offer boutique wines, champagne, and Sierra Nevada Beer, as well as different food catered in from Franky?s and 5th Street Steak House.
eleMENts by Beaute? is a perfect salon to fit all of my beauty and pampering needs at an affordable price.
