I used this place because they offered free p/u and delivery with a discount to my offices. It was my exclusive dry cleaner at the time so I knew what they had of mine. My clothes frequently came back still clearly stained, and 2 items never returned at all. I stopped using them 7 months ago and last Saturday got a phone call that I had a Theory white blouse to pick up. I had been arguing with them for ages about that blouse that I had sent back to be re-cleaned and then never saw it again. When I went to pick it up Tuesday they said they had no idea what I was talking about, no one there ever called me, and I must have the wrong cleaners!!!!! AVOID this place at all costs!!!!!!!!
Cons: Clothes not clean, lost items, awful customer service
