My sister is there is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. We found a area that is absorbing but Rita says there under grievance and she can't go anywhere. If we find a place that is absorbing you are suppose to allow them to transfer. I lived there they approve places that have cockroaches wholes in the floor and sewer that overflows to the yard. If you ask me they are taking advantage of the people there and don't care about them it is all about the money.
