I just finished closing on my apartment that I have been trying to sell for 9 months. Needless to say there were many problems leading up to the sale including a horrible experience with the bank that I had my mortgage with. Gerard personally spent an enormous amount of time calling the bank and trying to rectify the situation. Gerard's relaxed demeanor really helps when things weren't going my way at all. I highly recommend you give Gerard and call, you will instantly like his personable attitude and price.
