Review content:
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I talked to three different employees and was given three completely different answers to my questions concerning contacts. When one employee told me over the phone that I could come in and get a free trial of disposable contacts since I had recently had an eye exam there, I drove to the store. The person at the front desk tried to argue with me and said the other employee gave me wrong information over the phone. When I asked to speak to the person in charge or to an optometrist, he said I would have to ""get in line and wait 3 hours because other people are in front of me"". Unbelievable how much they devalue customers! I will never again purchase eye wear at Hour Eyes or have exams performed at their office. I simply needed to be fitted for contacts. Hour Eyes wanted to charge me over $100. I went to an optometrist in Silver Spring where I was a new patient, and he charged me only $35, and included a free trial of lenses.
