Review content:
This is great hospital. Although the building is pretty nice, it felt more like busy bus or metro station (it has busiest ER on the east coast). I had very good experience with every staff member I talked to (except for hospital security police officer who was a little bit rude). Except for the ER everything else in the hospital appears like any other hospital (clean, nice, tidy and organized). I was very pleasantly surprised with good and high-standard care it provides to it's poor, mostly uninsured patients (hopefully example for the future). In the New York State Department of Health evaluations it ranked in top 10 of more than 60 New York City hospitals. Just the hospital without neighborhood 5 stars!
