Review content:
I'm so very disappointed. When I called on the phone and inquired about the prices for a cut and color, I was asked if the color was for roots or highlights, etc. I replied that I hadn't dyed my hair in months so it would be for a full color. The receptionist told me that this would be $65 and that the cut would also be $65. Happily, I booked an appointment for both. My appointment was proceeding well until they washed out the color and then discovered that there had been a mistake and that I wasn't boiked for a haircut at all. They told me they could cut my hair after the next appointment, but this time it was 7 PM and I needed to be home. I was upset, but proceeded to the register where I was then charged $110 for just a full color. When I asked why this wasn't the price that I had been quoted on the phone they told me it was $65 for roots. When I explained that on the phone I had said I needed a full color because it had been so long since I dyed m,y hair, they then told me that I had had my roots done and ""a glaze""--they also told me that prices on the phone aren't reliable since once you come in and have a consultation that's when things ""change."" All I know is that I asked what a full color would cost on the phone (and was told $65) and also said at the appointment that I would like a full color and then somehow I ended up paying almost twice the price and I didn't even get to have my haircut in the process! I am so upset. I had been considering making this my permanent salon and even sending my husband there, but not only can I NOT go there ever again, I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was terrible. They really should have at least stuck to the price that they quoted me on the phone especially considering that I had booked both a cut and a color and then was told that they didn't have me down for a cut.
