Do not ever use this company!! This company was chosen by the bank to do my refinance appraisal, and they did a horrible job. 4 of the 6 comparables had factual mistakes that were easily verified on PropertyShark, Zillow and Trulia. One comparable was $200,000 lower than reality, and another was $125,000 lower than the true sales price. It was to the point that I thought the appraisal was biased to return a low number. I filed two appeals, and they would not change the appraisal or even acknowledge the mistakes. This cost me a month of effort, a lower refinance amount and spoiled the entire refinance experience. It was so bad that I intend to file a complaint with the State Department of Licensing. Save yourself the headache.
