Nice guys, lousy follow-through. I ordered a stocked trauma kit from Mobil Medic in February. After a month I called to check on the status of the order and got through to someone on the 6th call. They promised that it would ship the next day. Four weeks and a bunch of calls later they again promise that the order is on the way.
I get the first installment a week later; it's mostly there but the O2 tank and all of the bigger ticket items are still missing. After three weeks and more calls the O2 tank and some other items trickle in.
It's now June and I'm still waiting on the BVM, the C-collar and the rest of the inventory. I have been unable to get through to anyone since April and I have pretty much given up on seeing the rest of my order and really--at this point--I just don't care. Caviat emptor.
