Review content:
One of the heels on my $440 Ferragamo pumps broke off recently. I brought the shoe into the Beverly Hills Ferragamo store for repair along with its mate for comparison. When my shoes were returned to me, the replacement heels were a full 1/2"" higher than the original heels and were not ergonomically suited for the structure of the shoe. As the shoes were now uncomfortable to wear, I returned to the Ferragamo store in Beverly Hills and was told that there was nothing they could do for me as their shoe repair sub-contractor ""obviously"" didn't carry that particular heel. I'm left with unwearable $440 shoes that I can ""fix myself.""
