IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. WE JUST BOUGHT A HOME IN REDDING, CA AND HIRED MERRY MAIDS TO CLEAN! NOT A GOOD IDEA. THEY CHARGED US $310.00 TO CLEAN AN EMPTY 1700 SF HOME. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE PLACE WAS FILTHY!!! SHOWER WERE DIRTY, CABINETS HAD NOT BEEN WIPED DOWN, WINDOW TRACKS WERE FULL OF GUNK, KITCHEN CABINETS WERE NOT WIPED DOWN NOR WERE THE TRACKS OF THE CABINETS. SIDES OF DISHWASHER WERE FILTHY. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM. THEY SENT OUT THE ""FASTIDIOUS"" OWNER AND HIS ""CLEANING TEAM OF TWO"", I SHOWED HIM WHAT WAS NOT DONE AND THEY CORRECTED IT WITH A TON OF GUIDANCE FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND. WHEN I SHOWED THE OWNER THAT THE TRACKS OF THE WINDOW HE JUST RE-CLEANED WERE STILL DIRTY HE ASKED ME IF I HAD SUGGESTIONS ON HOW HE SHOULD CLEAN THEM!!! WHAT!!!! I TOLD HIM TO USE Q-TIPS, HE ASKED IF I HAD ANY TO BORROW!!! WHAT THE...
THEY WERE TOTALLY COLD AND NOT SORRY AT ALL FOR WHAT THEY PUT ME THROUGH AND THEN ASKED ME TO PAY THEM!!! WITOUT EVEN A FREE GENERAL CLEANING IN THE FUTURE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
