Review content:
I have 3 main complaints about Sunrise Motors in Yuba City. The first being that they spent an hour appraising my car only to offer me $200 trade in on it. Rhonda told me that is all that they can get for ""scrap."" The car runs fine it just doesn't look pretty. The paint is oxidizing and the dash is warped from the sun but that's not uncommon for this area. For her to call it scrap when it has gotten me around with no problems is rude. My second complaint is about the salesman I worked with being pushy. He kept telling me how I needed to buy their Ford Fusion. According to Carfax, it had been wrecked on two different occasions within the last couple of months. The car looked nice but I didn't trust it after being wrecked twice so recently. I told him that but he kept pushing me on it. My final complaint is about their professionalism or lack there of. The salesmen were all wearing clothing suited for a day off not the work environment. I dress more professionally for my job at an oil change place than they do for their sales job. They have dressed casually every time that I've come to look at a car so, I don't think it was casual Friday or anything. Also, the salesmen all chew tobacco. I don't have anything against that but it's gross when the salesman spits into a cup while he's talking about cars with you. It's more disgusting when he's sitting in your car spitting the stuff.
