We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Not recommended. I ordered flowers for my wife on Feb. 12 for delivery on Valentine's Day. My wife did not get the flowers. It was very embarrasing. My wife's co-workers got flowers from their husbands/boyfriends/partners. My wife did not get any. I am also concerned that I might be looked upon as an insensitive husband who forgot to send flowers to his wife on a very special day. To make matters worse, I called Flower Pavillion to ask for a refund and I was told that they will look into the matter. Thirteen days later, I still have not been refunded the amount ($79). I have not received any phone call from the store for a status update on the refund. Not even once. It's really poor, poor customer service. As of today, Feb. 25, I still am not sure if they will refund the money.
