Time from contract to closing 8 months. Trades required call backs. 90 days after move-in, walk though deficiencies are now being resolved. Thank you Mr. Bryan Sanderson for visiting our home to ensure the trades workers completed the job to the ""Sanderson Custom Homes"" standard.
Pros: Owner included up grades in price of the house, owner willing to make things right, cares about his reputation
Cons: Customer service by sales rep very poor, no product knowledge, and phone calls not returned by sales agent.
