Review content:
This apartment complex was nice when we first moved here over 2 years ago, but it was taken over by new owners (3 different managers) and the current one now seems to have a hatred for younger residents (the majority of residents here are over 50) by younger I mean 30ish like us. We have children and they aren't allowed to do anything outside, first no bike, then no skateboards, then no skates. If they breathe wrong, I get a letter. If I breathe wrong, I get a letter. Seems the elders can do whatever they want even if it clearly violates lease policy but the management here will reach and grab unwritten or undisclosed ""rules"" to throw at us and threaten our residency. Avoid the drama and move somewhere else. Pros: cheap, quiet, nice neighbors, except the tattletales Cons: tattletales, unfair management, ""seniority"" rules here
