I have to say, I am beyond annoyed with network multifamily, and maybe if this is the way the company operates, I do not want service with them. I first contacted NMF three weeks ago in order to sign up for service. They told me I needed to go get an alarm permit, and a form from my apartment complex, and fax it before they could schedule an appoitnment. I found this a bit bizzare because although I understand the need for the alarm permit, most companies I can call, give my alarm permit number and make an appointment. I was told that after faxing it in I would receive a phone call to set up an installation within 3 days. I faxed it in 10 days ago. Since then I have called 4 times. I called Monday, Wednesday and Friday of last week, and then I called today again. Last week I was told that someone would call me back. No one did. I even called back on Wednesday, spoke to the same person twice, told him I had called numerous times and he assured me someone would call me. Aggravated I called again today. After being switched around to several different departments I finally spoke to a woman who said I needed to talk to ""La***"" Not sure why I needed to speak to one specific person. Is it not possible for everyone to schedule an installation? How ridiculous. Well just my luck, La*** was on break. She then told me she called La*** personally and La*** assured her that she would call me as soon as her lunch ended. I called at 3:30 CT. It is now 7:30. Maybe they give 4 hour lunches, but I have not heard back. How ridiculous!!!! Pros: Nothing! Cons: no reply, they won't set up service,
