I have gone to Uniform Junction for years. It has always been convenient to where I live and helpfull. But that was many years ago. My last experience a month ago. Lately, it has been unorganized, cluttered and has uninterested help. The employee I dealt with failed to greet me because she was too busy on a personal call. After waiting patiently for ten minutes trying on lab coats, I realized she was not going to hang up so I stood in front of her. She seemed bothered that I actually had a question that required her to have to move further than the phone line could stretch. I wanted to get some lab coats personalized with the same color as last year's. I even had an example cut out to show exactly what I wanted. She said she did not need the sample, she knew the color and if it didn't match, it would not be a matter of ""life and death...it's only a lab coat."" Niiiiiice.
