Talk about waiting till the last minute! I had an important family trip Christmas week, and only a few days before we all traveled, I discovered my passport was nowhere to be found. I put a lot of trust and faith in Rushmypassport and they came through with flying colors! On what was probably the most stressful and busiest weeks in the year, Ken Altman, my case manager, kept me calm and organized. Without his professionalism and patience, our holiday would have been ruined.
I am a business owner, and if I ever find anyone in the position I was in, I know what company to call, and who to ask for. Look, it?s not cheap, but I put myself in this position, and considering what was on the line, it was worth every penny. I could not recommend this service enough. Though I plan to try!
