Review content:
Recently I had to expedite my expired passport. Not wanting to deal with government bureaucrats or their red tape, I searched for a service. They were highly recommended by Wall Street Journal and CNN. Initially the service was fantastic, but when they ran into a glitch with the US Department of State (government delay), they failed to notify me and I had to work very hard to get a live person to find out what was going on. After asking, they did give me a refund since I didn't get the 48 hour service I paid for. Overall, the service was ok, but I'm not giving them a raving review. The communication on their end could use some improvement for the prices charged.
