Review content:
Several of us went in together to purchase an $85.00 (this is before any charges were added) plant with a few flowers. The item was for a Memorial Service. So we could locate the plant, we arrived a little earlier. We were very embarrased and then upset. I wish I had had my camera. Basket not full and a very small bow, that looked like an eight year old had tied. I phoned the next day and was told I would have to call back the following day and speak to the owner. I was told to call in the afternoon because the owner would probably be tied up with other shop matters that she would have to attend to first. I decided to phone early A.M. and owner, Pam answered. She was the only one there and no else would be in until the afternoon. She did have the note regarding my complaint. Her attitude and demeanor left a lot to be desired. Her soluation was for me to retrieve the plant and then she would give me a Lilly Plant for my exchange. I explained how this had been a friends daughter that had passed away. She was in no way concerned.
