5/15/07 - After viewing the website for Secret Garden I contacted them to place an order for Funeral flowers. They took my information and I told them what I had selected. I was placed on hold and then informed that the order would be an additional $50.00. I was informed that prices on the website are only ""suggested"" prices. I asked what would have happened if I had went ahead and ordered the flowers on line at the price quoted. I was told that I would have received a smaller arrangement. I called back the next morning and asked to speak to an owner. Pam took my call and after I gave my name, she informed me, rather defensively, that she was already well aware of my situation. I was surprised at the tone she took with someone who was calling back with a concern, especially since this revolved around flowers for a funeral. Because the purpose of my call was to let her know situation and she was already aware of the situation, she had nothing else to offer. The flowers I had chosen cost more than the price they quoted on their website. For this reason, I would caution customers who order on site to instead call directly. Had I not done so, I would have received a smaller arrangement than the one I thought I was paying for and would not have known so until I saw them at my Grandfather's funeral the next day.
Pros: View flowers on website
Cons: Prices quoted on website are only suggested prices and Poor Customer Service
