I used to have my boat there. The people were less than nice... seemed like a few of them had a chip on their shoulder (with the exception of a few).
When I tried to end my contract and move my boat to another marina near my house, the guy told me to ""enjoy the dirt over there"" and ""hope you like it with only one tractor over there"". Took me a while to get boat out of there too until someone who knew the people got involved.
Pros: Can keep boat out of water
Cons: Service isn't great
