Review content:
First it took about a half hour to get someone to help me, which is weird, because I was trying to purchase one the most expensive computers in the store. This was bad, but it got worse.
I purchased a mess of gift cards so I could capitalize on the fuel perks and in the process the girl working at the customer service stand was helping me take them out of the cardboard folders they come in. Well, while doing this, she 'accidentally' dropped a bunch of them on the floor. She then picked them up and walked away.
I didn't notice at the time. I had 19 of them. Well, after she finished ringing me up somehow I was $75 short. Hmmm. I figured it out and had a surplus of cards. No way I was short. 2 cards didn't conveniently jump out of my TIED bag on the way to the store.
Well, long story short, she stole two cards. On the plus side, the store manager was accommodating after I followed up with this later in the day and she reimbursed me the missing cards. You just don't expect to get robbed at a store... would not recommend even after the situation was resolved. who needs the hassle? We deal with enough thieves and bad things on the streets, we don't need it at a 'family' retail store.
Pros: one of the few stores that actually had a macbook
Cons: the service, workers
