I have had many occasions to call in an order and always had excellent service. The last time about a month ago, I bought 2 pies (made that day) that were the BEST pies our group had ever had. Their sandwiches are excellent, they have great choices of prepared food, and they also have lots of items to make up a basket for gifts. They are always very busy so I can understand how difficult it might be to make up a gift basket the same day. Today I called to have a pie reserved for pick-up and had no problem at all0didn't even need to leave a credit card. We Saratogians are pleased to have such a quality store in town.
