I was in the market for a new GTI and had contacted several dealers to see who could give me the best deal when I received a call from Rick Murray at Jack Ingram Volkswagen. He got me the best deal around. Being from Birmingham, I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of town. But Rick got the exact car I wanted along with a great deal. My husband and I got to the dealership on Saturday on our way out of town on vacation. Rick was not working but he put us in the more than capable hands of Jim Hughes. Jim had everything ready and put together for the best car buying experience I've ever had! Jim took his time and showed me all the details of the car as well as setting up my bluetooth phone and the satellite radio. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and very professional.
