Review content:
Genco Iron Works was recommended by our cabinet maker. We had Genco come out and bid our job which was to include a staircase rail, partial enclosure, outdoor courtyard enclosure and a handrail coming up the steps to the front door. After approving the bid it literally took weeks for them to come out and install the pre-made pieces. When they came out and installed most of everything they were kind, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the fact that they cracked and split my bricks apart on the courtyard and tried to cover the damage with paint from the iron. Screws are missing and were never installed on the base plates of the courtyard enclosure. When the staircase handrail enclosure was installed the screws were installed sideways. To top it off the handrail to the front door was NEVER DELIVERED or INSTALLED!!! I have made dozens of calls to GENCO IRON WORKS and my calls are never returned. I paid in full at the time of installation of the other items and I was told that the handrail was forgotten and would be delivered and installed at a later date. That was over 8 months ago.
