I have been going to Ruthie's for over 8 years and every time i leave i do so with an amazing haircut and feeling like i live in a real neighborhood. Ruthie not only give a great cut at an even better price, but on days when there is not a lot of customers, she also tells great stories about her life. There are a lot of places to get a decent hair cut in the neighborhood but you can't get a little oral history like you can at Ruthie's.
Pros: Just about everything
