Review content:
I was raised a strict Catholic but I was sick of the priest scandals, the out of touch sermons, and priests that I can't relate to, so I was looking for a new church which had what I liked about being Catholic (the tradition, the prayers, the conservativism) but none of the stuff I didn't and lo and behold I found it at Mountain View Lutheran. The church membership is small, but growing, and I felt welcome in a way I never did at a Catholic Church, but without feeling pressured. They have a nursery so that my baby can be taken care of while I attend mass and a bible school for my preschoolers, and I find that I actually look forward to going to church, to listening to the Pastor's message, which almost always has a personal side to it. If you aren't happy with your current church, or don't have one, don't hesitate to try this one out- you won't regret it.
Pros: Good sermons, nice congregation, nursery service, beautiful church, ample parking.
