Review content:
I needed my 32 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced, and i got several bids from different contractors. I went with Plumbing and Heating By Craig because i usually go for the high end items, as i want it done right and to last. Did not get what i paid for. The ""crew"" of 2 guys came to my house and took 3 days on it. During that time they were very rude to eachother and used foul language. They used their cell phones while they worked, so what i paid for wasn't getting their full attention. The first day they had to go back and rebuild the ductwork cause the first guy measured wrong, and the second they spent along time hooking up my thermostat. After they got done they still didnt get it right, so I had to have someone else come out and fix it. I didnt' even bother with the ""100% satisfaction"" slogan because this company has so much FINE PRINT that i figured it to be pointless.
And who is craig? I had a guy named Nate come to my house. Seems fishy.
