I called Remember Me to ask a question. When the phone was answered I asked the woman's name and she told me Diane. I asked if she was the manager and she rambled on about not being able to run something and that she would call me back. I told her I didn't need her to call me back, but just the manager's name. She said she would call me back. Again, I told her that I just needed to manager's name. And then Diane hung up on me.
