I called to see if they would hold a Halloween item that I had previously seen in the store so that my husband could pick it up. Complaint #1: I called at 10:50am. She answered the phone with, ""Remember Me, we aren't open."" I began to ask her my quick question and she responded with, ""If you call back between 11am and 7pm I will help you. Not now."" 10 minutes? She couldn't just quickly answer my question? Why answer the phone then? Complaint #2: I called back an hour later after they were open to ask her to hold the item. She said, ""Is it paid for?"" I said, ""No, but my husband will be right in and he won't know how to find the item."" She said, ""You call me when he is here."" Then she hung up on me.
