If I could give them a 1/4 star I would but I can't so I will have to give Grand Cleaners 1 star...WAY MORE THAN THEY DESERVE!!!!
I can't believe the incompetence and lack of customer service of Grand Cleaners on Lexington. I picked up my 100% silk dress and they had it PINNED to the hanger, RIGHT THROUGH THE DRESS! There were visible hanging straps on the dress BUT they DIDN'T use them. Now there are pin holes in my beautiful dress and they won't even cover the damage even though they CAUSED it!!!!!
What was the manager's response you ask?...""We'll give you free dry cleaning."" I don't think so!!!! Why would I ever use them again? If they are NOT competent enough to be careful with delicate clothing they shouldn't be allowed to clean it.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again and I suggest you don't either!!!!!!
