Review content:
The older man who owns and operates this store is a very rude man. He doesn't have the patience to listen to the customer. When my shoe's were ""fixed"", I went to pick them up and when I tried them on, I kindly told him that one shoe was still to tight. He became angry and started rambling how I told him it fit fine the other day- he argued with me that my shoe was fine and not tight. He even put his finger under the strap and continued to repeat himself. Gee- I thought I was the customer..and he was the guy who fixed shoes? I couldn't believe when he then told me to take the shoe off...he disappeared without saying a word, and returned several minutes later and just handed me the shoe- he said he would ""do no more"" to my shoe. WOW- I was so taken aback by his attitude I was speechless. I had another person with me- she was shocked as to how I was being treated. She also needed some help with a pair of shoes..and when she tried to explain what she needed- he put something in her shoe- she wanted the same thing done to her other shoe- and this guy started acting confused, and he was shaking his head and telling my friend she was confusing him- he kept shaking his head, and shrugging his shoulders and waving his hands...OMG...I just couldn't believe he was treating us....his ""customers"" this way! We paid him for his services- and he never even said thank you. We left- NEVER TO RETURN!!!! How does this guy have a business? Why does he think he can treat his customers with such disrespect? Next time I need some shoes fixed- I will go somewhere where I am greeted with a smile. The next person who fixes my shoes will not argue with me- or tell me I do not know what I am talking about. NEVER go to this shoe repair store!!!!!!
Cons: Owner is over powering and has no personality.
