they seem to not want to do there jobs. they will cancel child support but not put it back when they are supposed too. they will not help u out to get back child support they will tell you to get a lawyer to get it back for u but as a single mother if i could afford a lawyer i wouldn't need the child support plus that is what we pay them the fees for to help us out when we need it in the past 7 years the frind of the court has been slacking on there duties and the response i get from my own case worker is sorry cant help u.
Pros: nice new building
Cons: needs to not just sit behind the desk but actually do some work there
