I have used this dry cleaner since I moved to Kettering 4 yrs. ago .Always nice & friendly. Until, OOPS we lost a strap that goes with your jacket and not sure what to do? Come back when you can speak with the manager. I come back with the jacket, the manager would not come out of his office. He asked the clerk to take my name and number. The clerk said he was on the phone and did not want to be bothered! I said I would wait until he was off the phone. He finally came out of his office, stated he would look around for it. If he found it he would call me. When I asked what would happen if they could not find it, he stated; ""HE DID NOT LIKE MY ATTITUDE."" HE WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING, DISRESPECTFUL, WITH A THREATENING TONE. I LEFT CRYING, HE WAS THAT BAD!
